Holiday Return Policy

You can return most new and unopened items purchased from October 20th, 2008 through December 31, 2008 within 30 days of the delivery date or by January 10th, 2009 whichever date occurs later.* Outside this window, our standard return policy applies.

You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We will inspect all returned items and award a partial refund if tags are missing or the item has been used. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Standard Return Policy

We try to be as fair as we can with regards to returns. That said, there are a few, easy to abide by rules that you should follow when making returns. Material defects are exchangable for up to a year after purchase.

  • For health and safety reasons, no returns will be allowed on items that have been worn. Exceptions are made for material defects.
  • All garments must have their original tags included in the packages.
  • Some items are available in limited quantities. If we cannot fulfill an exchange, we will refund the purchase price. We will attempt to contact you if we cannot fulfill your exchange request.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • We cover the shipping back to you.
  • At our discretion, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returns if products have been used or do not have original tags attached.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. No exceptions.
  • We recommend that you send your returns/exchanges via a trackable carrier (USPS Priority Mail, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc). We are not responsible for lost packages.

Returns/Exchanges Instructions

  1. Fill out the return/exchange form completely, including your name, address, date of purchase, and contact information (phone and email).
  2. Include a copy of your original invoice/receipt.

  4. Keep a record of shipment until you receive credit or replacement merchandise.
